Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Each of our service arrangements is backed by an SLA that reflects our quality and commitment to service:

Internet Bandwidth

  • 99.99% Network Uptime — In the event that Internet connectivity is unavailable for a cumulative period of up to one hour beyond the 99.99% minimum in any one calendar month, one full day’s service credit will be awarded for each additional hour or portion thereof, of unavailability. The maximum credit in any calendar month will not exceed 100% of that month’s recurring service fees. Of course, there will always be some occasional exceptions, like maintenance windows, but the FiberCloud network is rock-solid reliable.

Hosted Services Platform

  • Cloud-Hosted Software Service Money Back Guarantee — We always offer best-of-breed software services, but if you’re not satisfied just let us know. You have 30 days to try our service and make sure it fits. (You can find more details in our service agreements.)
