DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Prioritize work assignments in a highly fast-paced enivironment
• Manage new customer installs
• Manage and resolve customer support issues
• Manage the production environment of the Hosted product line
• Coordinate with the Operations group to ensure a smooth and well documented transition of projects to the production environment
• Establish estimates, timelines, and milestones for projects and maintain an accurate schedule of project tasks, status and deliverables
• Monitor and manage change orders. Obtain estimates for changes and submit all significant changes to management for review and approval
• Communicate project status weekly and escalate issues to management immediately
• Write annual and periodic performance reviews for staff
• Represent the Company in a professional and businesslike manner, and communicate effectively with management, associates and outside vendors
• Other duties as assigned

Solutions Architect supports regional business sales. As part of the sales team, the technical Solutions Architect combines technical knowledge with sales skills. The emphasis of the work varies depending on the level of technical knowledge and understanding needed to sell competently the product or service offered and respond effectively to clients' queries.

This position will support pre and post-sales initiatives for company’s collocation, transport, data management and cloud computing products. This person will act as the subject matter expert and provide technical sales support and assistance with the design of business systems to meet specific customer requirements. Knowledge in IP networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper products) and VoIP required. Duties include working with the sales team to design, propose and close both existing and new opportunities using a consultative sales approach. Additional duties include coordinating service delivery, developing client specific reports and management support.
